We would use this for everything. Pancakes, french toast, grilled cheese, quesadillas. The griddle I have had for 12 years needs to be replaced!
OMG!! I would make German potato pancakes. I could make more than a few at a time…then I could enjoy eating them with everyone else. Usually everyone eats them as they are made…..might be easier

I LOVE grilled cheese. I make a (super delicious) creamy tomato basil soup and pair it with sourdough grilled cheese. That’ll probably first on the list.
