I would make Welsh Cookies! It’s an old family recipe that makes currant cookies using a griddle. Soooo yummy!
I would make my new firefighter husband and his shift mates a bombastic breakfast-since having a griddle (that matches our anolon wedding gifts!) provides the necessary surface space for feeding a crowd!

and I followed Anolon on Facebook. I would love to have the griddle to use for my hospital volunteering. I work in the pediatric oncology department and the kids love it when I bring in treats for them. If I had it, the first recipe I would most likely make would be my Pumpkin Cinnamon Streusel Pancakes with homemade Pumpkin Butter on the side. They make for a very seasonal and sweet breakfast or even dessert, and trust me those kids love sugar but what kid wouldn’t?
