My favorites are mango smoothies and gazpacho soups.
I like to make a honey dijon salad dressing in the blender.
My favourite recipe to make in a blender is a mango and avocado lassi. With a Blendtec, it would be green smoothies, soups, nut butters, dressings…endless possibilities!
