Yummy! Guacamoles are so great – start with fish tacos and guac dip. Then on to explore other great recipes and my fave would be just plain ol’ slice and eat.

My little girl (she’s 2) and I both love avocados! Actually, while guacamole and other prepared avocado dishes are all delicious, I prefer to cut them in half, sprinkle some salt and pepper and just eat them with a spoon.

I’d probably eat 1/2 of them as guacamole because I LOVE guacamole. I eat with a spoon. Then, I’d make a sandwich… turkey, bacon & avocado on focaccia (add sprouts, tomatoes, red onion, and a little mayo/mustard). Then, I’d make all sorts of Mexican inspired dishes. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.

Has to be one of my all time favorite foods! I can think of way more than 9 ways I’d eat those beauties. Sliced with salt and pepper, halfed with a scoop of chicken salad in the center, diced and served in a steaming bowl of tortilla soup, in a lovely garden salad with my homemade vinegeret, deep fried chunks in a beer batter, in enchiladas, marinated with cucumbers and red onions, guacamole, on an italian sub sandwiche, a caviar/sour cream/egg salad/guacamole layered and molded appetizer….I’d run out of the fruit before I’d run out of ideas.

What wouldn’t I make, I add avocado’s to almost everything. My favorite is to add them atop Huevos Rancheros. The creamy texture compliments the spicy sauce. mmm making me hungry just thinking about it. Plus my mom and myself love making avocado smoothies, at first we were a little skeptical but they are yummy.

No matter how I eat them they are absolutely delicious. Since I moved to the northwest have had the pleasure of enjoying them every week at shopping time. Love your blog. Keep up the great job of interesting recipes and sharing.
