I tried this recipe yesterday and it was a great success! My husband (who is a mint chocolate lover) loves the soft texture of the cookies and of course the mint flavor. My son (he's 2) ate 3 cookies in a row :) Me? Of course I love it! I just said good bye to the last cookie and will definitely make a second batch within this week.

Thanks for sharing the recipe :)

Sorry you had trouble with the cookies. We make them all of the time and they are never dry. Sorry!

I tried to make these tonight and I ended up having to throw the dough away. They were very dry and then I added an egg and then they became too wet and sticky. I didn't end up using the mint chips and dumped the batter. What a waste!

It was a weekend and my family wanted some Homemade cookies. I jumped onto Google to find a new recipe. I came across this Chocolate mint chip recipe. I have to say my kids and myself were very pleased at how delicious they were. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

At first it seemed like there wasn't enough moisture when I was creaming the sugar and butter and not until I added the milk did the mixture resemble dough. Easy recipe! I used Ghirradeli's dark chocolate/mint mix. Mmmmmm I'm eating one now! It's super fudgy and delicious! Thanks for sharing, this will make a welcome edition to my Christmas cookie tray! :)

I just made these and they turned out perfect! The mint complemented the deep chocolate flavour beautifully. I had a little trouble mixing the flour into the dough as it was very thick, but other than that making these was a breeze. They will be devoured this Christmas for sure! Thank you :D

I made these yesterday but substituted mint chocolate M&Ms for the chocolate chips, and they were delicious! Our favorite Christmas cookie we've ever made! We will definitely be making these for years to come. Thank you for sharing your recipe :)

Just noticed that the recipe does not call for any eggs...is that correct? I'm in the middle of mixing my cookie batter and wanted to know before going any further. Thanks.
