I would have to say pork tenderloin. There are so many things you can do with it and it always comes out tender and juicy.

Nothing kills me more when people equate “barbeque” with “grilling,” especially on a blog that’s all about food! Come on, guys and gals–barbeque is a SLOW cooking method (at least in America); don’t confuse it with grilling methods. If you want to know our favorite grilled dish, why on earth ask for our favorite barbeque menu item?

I love to grill tuna steaks! Grilled fish is so tasty, and with tuna steaks, you don’t have to worry about them falling apart like other fish.

hands down my favorite item is salt potatoes!! they’re really only available in upstate new york, but they’re the best summer side.

as for things on the grill, it has to be grilled mushrooms. they’re the best.

Grilling is our favorite way to cook, & on more than one occasion we have pushed our grill into the garage to shelter us from rain and even snow. My favorite things to grill are fruits & veggies; I love asparagus, pineapple, peaches, zucchini, and tomatoes on the grill.

I really love grilling veggies right from the garden and can’t wait to start having some to grill! I usually add them to rice and a great bread.
