We had our cookout yesterday. Luckily, the sun came out and we were able to enjoy our new patio. Everyone had a great time and really loved the Grilled Fajita Chicken and Bush’s Black Bean Fiesta Grillin’ Beans. We will be sharing the recipe and photos from our cookout tomorrow, so stay tuned.

    It’s a tie between fruit salad (easy to make and so refreshing!!) and grilled BBQ chicken. Everything tastes better when made on on the grill!

    New York Strip Steak Medium well with fresh corn on the cob! But I’ll pretty much take anything the hubby grill it’s all YUMMY!!!

    Smithfield baby back ribs, bushes grillin beans and coleslaw! Throw in some beer (dos equis with lime twist) and a cool cheesecake something for desert. And if silverqueen corn is in season, soak that and throw it on the grill with some barbq butter!

    I love BBQ chicken with my father-in-laws specail sweet sauce. Also, love any veggie grilled. It brings out the sweetness.

    I love bbq chicken and cedar plank salmon….am going to try grilling veggies soon. Using the bbq is so much more fun than cooking in the kitchen, esp during the summer!

    I’m following the Atkins plan, but I see I can adapt some of your recipes to fit my new lifestyle. Greg and I will love trying new things on the grill! We just need to get a grill pan.
