Thank you for this wonderful opportunity. It’s been a tough year with a lay-off & losing my Mom. Looking at fantastic and healthy recipes has become my happy distraction and guilty pleasure. It’s almost better than eating! My computer is practically dead at 5 yrs old & that’s a big problem for a writer (my new career I’m trying to launch) so I do most of my work on my tiny IPhone keyboard.
