Le Creuset 16 QT. Stockpot & Mini Cocottes Giveaway

Happy holidays and happy Le Creuset giveaway day! Today we are giving away a Le Creuset 16 QT. Stockpot and a Mini Cocottes set. Yahoo!
We love our Le Creuset 16 QT. Stockpot. It is huge and allows us to make big pots of soup, stew, and chili for sharing and freezing. It is also great for canning and making pasta. We love the dome lid and the fun red color. It comes in a variety of colors-so if red isn’t your favorite, you can pick whatever color you like-if you win:)
Everything is cuter in mini form and I love Le Creuset’s Mini Cocottes set. The set comes in a gift box with three cocottes, which are perfect for serving side dishes or desserts. I love using them for baked macaroni and cheese or individual cobblers and crisps. The Mini Cocottes also come in a variety of colors-the winner can select the color of their choice.

I love mushroom barley soup!! I love the chewy nutty barley texture (and also provides fiber) and having a variety of earthy woodsy mushrooms is the perfect meat replacement for a hearty warmy meal after a day on the slopes
