I don’t bake cookies without my Silpat Baking Mats. They never leave my baking sheets, well except when I wash them. They are one of my favorite gifts to give. We also love our Silpain mats for baking breads and tarts. I am excited because today we are giving away a Silpat Baking Mat and a Silpain Mat. And guess what, we are picking THREE winners! Yahoo!

    It’s not one specific thing, but rather the 4 or 5 things (it changes every year) that I make to include on goody trays for friends and neighbors. I just love the idea of treating them!

    My favorite Holiday recipe to bake is COOKIES!
    The varieties(usually 8-10) are still being narrowed down at this time.
    Two constants are always raspberry walnut bars and decorated snowflake sugar cookies. I make up cookie tins for gifts to friends and coworkers, and it makes me so happy!
