Christmas cookies of many kinds! I have a great recipe for gingerbread cookies, so it is always a favorite.

Chocolate cookies with white chocolate chips. Grandma’s recipe!
I make a an easy puff pastry dessert with almond paste and jam. It’s always a hit. I use my silpat for easy removal and clean up.
I know it’s boring but my favorite thing to bake it still chocolate chip coconut cookies. The best cookie ever.

My traditional holiday offering is the cranberry/orange relish that is on the back of the package of cranberries. We eat it with Ritz crackers — or a spoon.
