Silpat mats are awesome. I have a full size mat, but it’s too big to go in the oven or fit my cookie sheets, I’ve been dying for some of the half size!
Sorry, it decided not to take my comment about recipes!
Anyhow- my favorite holiday recipe is a cookie that I don’t know the name of. they are little balls of dough with walnuts, covered in powdered sugar… a quick googling makes me suspect they are, appropriately called “walnut balls” which is what I’ve always called them anyhow.
I have a confession: I am not much of a baker. I have a passion for cooking, but I can’t follow a recipe to save my life, and measuring is out, too!! This one time a year, I lie to make biscotti. I have tried many varieties over the years, but my favorite is probably the classic pistachio and dried cherry. Silpat would be FAB for biscotti making!
My favorite holiday recipe are your ginger white hocol
My last comment got messed up, meant ginger white chocolate chip cookies. But I follow you on FB!
