Rohlicky, it’s a Czech lemon-almond crecent cookie that I make once a year- just for christmas. They are small, so I can eat a thousand and not feel guilty (well… i should). They are the most delicious little things ever! Plus it’s a really old family recipe, so it feels good to be one more generation baking the cookies!

Gotcha on Pinterest! (I was just thinking these mats would be PERFECT for my grandmother’s Isabella cookies, because you have to flatten them and transferring them from a plate to the pan is tedious…the mat would save a step! Hope I win! :] )
