junecutie: i did a search for “roasted tomatoes” on the site and clicked on a veggie pasta dish that gave instructions for roasting tomatoes. hope that helps!

twopeas: made this for dinner tonight and it was awesome! you’re right, the smell of the tomatoes during the day was fabulous. my husband is already requesting this one again. thanks for the recipe!
