Josh loves kitchen gadgets and has been begging for a SodaStream machine for a long time. So when Sodastream contacted us to try out their machine, he was beyond excited. The SodaStream is a home soda maker that makes soda and sparkling water. They have every soda flavor imaginable and then some. The SodaStream is simple and fun to use. Josh loves making homemade sodas when we have company over…and Caleb loves the “buzz” noise it makes and the bubbles:) It is a fun machine to have at home and we are giving away TWO SodaStreams! Yahoo!
Josh usually makes simple sodas or sparkling water, but he did create a refreshing Cucumber Lemon Lime Drink. It is a great beverage for spring and summer! For the recipe, head on over to Ms. Fizz.

When I am out at restaurants I treat myself to Diet Coke w/ Lime … At home I enjoy a simple glass of Pellegrino (or other sparkling water) w/ Lime.
I cannot get enough sparkling water and have been wondering about my carbon footprint since I’m constantly buying imported sparkling water from France or Italy.
