Strawberry Mango Salsa
Cinco de Mayo is tomorrow! Who is celebrating? I know we are. I have been craving Mexican food lately, so I am happy to celebrate. If you are looking for a fresh and unique salsa to add to your menu, try Strawberry Mango Salsa. It is colorful, sweet, and refreshing.
Strawberry season is in full swing and I have been eating my fair share. I can’t get enough. Since I am also on a Mexican kick, I decided to make Strawberry Mango Salsa. I love fruit salsas and this one is superb. Strawberries and mangoes are the perfect pair. I also added diced avocado, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime.
I love the bright color and fresh flavor of this salsa. We ate the strawberry mango salsa with tortilla chips, but it would also be good with pita chips or served with fish or pork. This salsa is easy to make and easy to devour. Add it to your Cinco de Mayo menu-I am sure it will be a hit.

So many people are using mango lately! I never know how to add it to a recipe; usually I just eat it up on its own, but I am definitely going to try this! What a nice, refreshing change to original salsa!

this sounds sooo good! perfect summer recipe I’m trying this for sure!
Just made this. It’s divine! I swapped out the cilantro for chopped tomatoes and freshly pressed garlic. I also slapped it in between two corn tortillas, along with some pepperjack cheese, after which I pressed it in my panini maker. Oh, my. So good!
