Ten in 2010 Healthy Challenge
Are you setting any health related goals for the New Year? If so, join me in the Ten in 2010 Healthy Challenge, organized by Lori from Recipe Girl. It starts on January 2nd and will go on for 10 weeks. Everyone is eligible to participate. Some will be working on losing weight, eating more fruits/veggies, getting more sleep, increasing physical activity, etc. Everyone will have different goals, but that is ok. The group is open and willing to support everyone!
I will be posting healthy recipes throughout the challenge-don’t worry there will still be sweets too. I believe in a healthy balance:) I am also going to post a “special” health related post every Saturday. I’m definitely ready to start as well! My biggest concern is easing into exercise slowly, as I have health issues to manage, but I can’t wait to see your recipes, I’m sure they will be fabulous =D.

I can’t wait! I’m still formulating my formal “goals” but I have already started working out more in preparation. So glad there will be so many others participating right along side… Lots of support to stay motivated! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas!

What a great challenge! I am gonna head over to Recipe Girl to read more about it. I love the idea that the goals are not just weight loss, as we all have our unique changes we would like to address in the new year. I like where my weight is now. It does take a daily mindful lifestyle filled with exercise and healthy eating to maintain muscles and high energy. Each day is a re-evaluation and acceptance of occasional “slips and goofs.” That is what life is all about, right??? I would love to join in and assist in this great healthy challenge!
Excited for this challenge too! I’m going to post about it once I get my list of resolutions/goals all set. Looking forward to your recipes (and the sweets too).
