Weekly Meal Plan,

I am extra excited for this week because it is my birthday week, World Nutella Day, AND the Super Bowl. We have LOTS of tasty recipes to help you celebrate this FUN week! Enjoy!

Monday (2/1): Crispy Black Bean Burritos with Avocado Dipping Sauce– These healthy burritos are the perfect way to start the week!

Tuesday (2/2): Fettuccine Alfredo– I am in the mood for some comfort food tonight! You only need 4 ingredients to make this creamy and comforting pasta dish! Serve a simple green salad on the side.

Wednesday (2/3): Roasted Chickpea Fajitas– We love these easy and healthy veggie fajitas! 

Thursday (2/4): Baked Spaghetti Squash with Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce– Our boys love this baked spaghetti squash recipe. A great way to eat veggies!

Friday (2/5): It’s my birthday so we are going out for dinner, you should go out too! And make a Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie to celebrate! Cookies are a MUST on my birthday! Oh, and it’s World Nutella Day so you should start your day with Nutella Stuffed French Toast. Happy Friday!

Saturday (2/6): Cinnamon Streusel Pancakes– We are celebrating my birthday all weekend long and that means we are making my favorite pancakes for breakfast. You have to try these!

Sunday (2/7): It’s Super Bowl Sunday and that means it is a day filled with good food! Here are a few of our favorite game day foods: Soft Pretzel Bites, Cheesy Bacon Pull-Apart Bread, Mexican Layer Dip, Dad’s Spicy Chili, and Loaded Sweet Potato Nachos. And don’t forget Chocolate Chip Salted Caramel Cookie Bars for dessert!
