Happy Saturday! If you are going to the grocery store this weekend, make sure you check out our meal plan first! You will want to pick up some ingredients to make these delicious recipes! It is going to be a tasty week! We have some fun recipes for St. Patrick’s Day too! Enjoy!

Monday (3/14): Vegetable Quinoa Soup- This soup is loaded with veggies! Serve crusty bread on the side.

Tuesday (3/15): Brie, Fig, and Apple Grilled Cheese– This gourmet grilled cheese is easy to make at home! Serve a simple green salad on the side.

Wednesday (3/16): Fajita Style Quesadillas–  These easy and cheesy quesadillas are filled with fajita veggies! Serve Green Chile and Roasted Tomato Guacamole on the side.

Thursday (3/17): Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Start your morning with our favorite Green Smoothie. For dinner, make Stovetop Avocado Mac and Cheese. It’s green and the kids love it! For dessert, enjoy Deep Dish Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies. Don’t forget the chocolate mint chip ice cream to go on top!

Friday (3/18): Pepperoni Pizza Rolls with a big green salad! It’s Friday! YAY!

Saturday (3/19): Start your weekend with Strawberry Ricotta Scones. Go out our eat leftovers for dinner!

Sunday (3/20): Baked Gnocchi with Sausage, Kale, and Pesto– My boys can’t get enough of this baked gnocchi dish! They ask for it every week! Make Carrot Cake Oatmeal Cookies with Cream Cheese Glaze for dessert!

  1. I liked the vegetable quinoa soup. Its loaded with vegetables and the idea of serving it with crusty bread is a beautiful way to start off the week.Â
