Here I go again, raving about Artisan Bread in Five Minutes A Day. I just can’t get enough! We had the dough in the fridge, so we decided to try calzoni this time. Of course they were amazing!

I made a veggie spinach calzone with just a little cheese and my homemade sauce, it was very tasty! I loved the nice crusty calzone. Josh wanted his “man meat,” so he cooked up some sausage with fennel and added roasted peppers and he always loads on the cheese:)
We were both pleased with our calzoni. They were so easy to make and it was fun making our own. They were huge so we had leftovers for lunch. Oh wait, I had leftovers for lunch, Joshua ate the entire thing. He REALLY enjoyed his:) I forgot to take photos of the veggie calzone. Sorry! I promise it was good.
