  3. I would have to say pork tenderloin. There are so many things you can do with it and it always comes out tender and juicy.

  4. Honestly my favorite grilled item is probably one of the simplest!!! I love love love grilled chicken sausages!! No matter what we make from boneless pork ribs to steaks to burgers to chicken, I always go for the Chicken Sausages!!! Mmmmm can*t wait for more consistent weather here in NY to get out and grill!!!!

  5. My homemade BBQ sauce on Ribs (or any peice of meat really). Had them last night in fact… it’s definitely finger lickin good 🙂

  6. Nothing kills me more when people equate “barbeque” with “grilling,” especially on a blog that’s all about food! Come on, guys and gals–barbeque is a SLOW cooking method (at least in America); don’t confuse it with grilling methods. If you want to know our favorite grilled dish, why on earth ask for our favorite barbeque menu item?

  7. I love to grill tuna steaks! Grilled fish is so tasty, and with tuna steaks, you don’t have to worry about them falling apart like other fish.

  8. hands down my favorite item is salt potatoes!! they’re really only available in upstate new york, but they’re the best summer side.

as for things on the grill, it has to be grilled mushrooms. they’re the best.

  9. I love a classic cheeseburger. Brings me back to childhood and fortunately for me my younger brothers still love cheeseburgers so they frequent my house often!!

  10. Grilling is our favorite way to cook, & on more than one occasion we have pushed our grill into the garage to shelter us from rain and even snow. My favorite things to grill are fruits & veggies; I love asparagus, pineapple, peaches, zucchini, and tomatoes on the grill.

  11. I really love grilling veggies right from the garden and can’t wait to start having some to grill! I usually add them to rice and a great bread.

  12. Anything grilled, I love! If I had to choose one thing though I would have to say BBQ ribs – so delicious! I would serve it with coleslaw, salt potatoes (an upstate NY thing) and corn on the cob. A perfect summer meal (to me at least!)

Thanks for this wonderful giveaway, Maria!

  13. What a great giveaway. Wish I could say the same for the sun coming out over by me. I am so tired of the cloudy sky. Bush’s is my husband’s favorite beans. It is one of the few things I do not even hesitate to buy without a coupon.

There are so many things we love grilled…veggies, our own take on onions using a few different sauces and spices, but I think my favorite is grilled corn. We do it a bit different….It is a Martha Stewart recipe for coin cobs..the easiest, tastiest recipe I have tried.

  14. Last summer, it was a toss up between two fabulous salads: Napa Cabbage Slaw with Mango and Barley Salad with Feta, Grilled Corn and Basil Vinaigrette. Who knows what this summer will bring, but I tried a Cilantro-Cashew marinade/paste for grilled meats this week that is definitely a contender!
The sides make the BBQ, don’t you think?

  15. Definitely kabobs – made with fresh veggies from the garden. Roma tomatoes, zucchini slices, baby potatoes, and green pepper. I can hardly wait!!

If you marinate it overnight it makes the chicken super tender and then I grill it in a foil pouch so that they are ultra tender and juicy. SO GOOD!
