Le Creuset 16 QT. Stockpot & Mini Cocottes Giveaway

*Update: This giveaway is now closed. The winner is Amy Rouse (#2588). We will email you. Congratulations! Thanks to everyone who participated.*

Happy holidays and happy Le Creuset giveaway day! Today we are giving away a Le Creuset 16 QT. Stockpot and a Mini Cocottes set. Yahoo!

We  love our Le Creuset 16 QT. Stockpot. It is huge and allows us to make big pots of soup, stew, and chili for sharing and freezing. It is also great for canning and making pasta. We love the dome lid and the fun red color. It comes in a variety of colors-so if red isn’t your favorite, you can pick whatever color you like-if you win:)

Everything is cuter in mini form and I love Le Creuset’s Mini Cocottes set. The set comes in a gift box with three cocottes, which are perfect for serving side dishes or desserts. I love using them for baked macaroni and cheese or individual cobblers and crisps. The Mini Cocottes also come in a variety of colors-the winner can select the color of their choice.

  1. My Favorite soup is the classic cheese laden French Onion Soup. This set would be perfect for a big batch and then the mini ones to serve and melt that gooey cheese all over

  2. One favorite is tricky… I’ll tell you two – Baked French Onion and Corn Chowder. Thanks SOOOO much for the fantastic offer to win both of these gorgeous sets!!!!

  3. I subscribe to you via Google Reader 🙂 Thanks for the inspiration, recipes and great offers! French Onion and Corn Chowder are my favorites 🙂

  4. My husband and I LOVE Frogmore Stew! It is the perfect fall stew because we can make it with fresh vegetables from our farmers market!

  5. My husband and I LOVE chicken fajita soup. But yesterday for lunch he made French onion soup and commented that he had forgotten to put individual crocks for that soup on his Christmas list. He has added it to his amazon Wish list.

  6. My husband and I love chicken fajita soup. But just yesterday, he made french onion soup, complete with broiled cheese and toast on top. He commented that he hadn’t put little individual crocks for that soup on his Christmas wish list on amazon.com. He has added it since then….wonder if he’ll get them for Christmas….

  7. My all time favorite is Split Pea, but I don’t ever make it. My current favorite to make for my family is Chicken Tortilla, we love it!

  8. My favorite soup is cherry tomato and tortellini…I love to watch the tomatoes burst in the pan as their skins turn a lovely golden color. They make the broth taste so rich and flavorful and it is the perfect soup for dipping with crusty, buttered bread. Yum!

  9. I shared this link on Facebook, although I was hesitant, because it just means more people entering, lessening my chances of winning. 🙂

  10. I don’t think I could pick a favorite! I adore soup in so many different forms! My favorites include a pumpkin soup that is flavored with cinnamon and finished with heavy cream and a Turkish Lentil Soup from Sundays at Moosewood. I define favorites by recipes I have made more than once. I’ve made each of these at least 3 times – A high complement.

  11. Just one favorite?? I love so many– roasted sweet potato or sweet potato black bean chili are at the top. Oh, but who can resist curried kale, chickpea and sweet potato soup? I’ll say my favorite is one with sweet potatoes.

  12. My favorite soup someone else makes is Panera’s broccoli cheddar soup, but I love making creamy white chicken chili (as seen on eatliverun.com). I love soup!!

  13. My favorite soup is cheesy broccoli. Or french onion. Or sour cream potato. Or … oh goodness. Too many delicious soups to decide! Would love to have some new cookwar to try them all out. Thanks for such a great giveaway.

  14. I can’t help but love broccoli cheese. It’s perfect for dipping bread…because it doesn’t already have enough calories. 😉

  15. My favorite soup is absolutely Kale and White Bean! I create the recipe a few years ago when I bought some kale on a whim and I just love it.

  16. My favorite soup is Italian wedding soup–specifically, my late grandma’s recipe (there is NO pasta in it). It’s delicious!

  17. How can I choose just one favorite soup? Soup is our staple winter meal; I love so many different kinds! If I had to narrow it down, I could choose two: lentil sausage soup and chicken tortilla soup. Both are so warm and filling!

  18. I didn’t know that I liked tomato soup until I made my own (based on a recipe by Giada De Laurentiis). I LOVE soup though, so my favorite is constantly changing.

  19. I love those mini ones! Perfect for one! Like me! My boys are so picky!

My favorite soup: so many to choose from but creamy tomato basil would have to be my all time comfort food soup. With a grilled cheese on the side! 🙂

  20. My favorite soup is probably potato-cheese soup but I love making lots of different varieties of soups and trying new soup recipes.

  21. Easy! Mulligatawny. Specifically, the “Soup Nazi” mulligatawny recipe floating around the internet (with some edits, like -50% roasted red peppers, +50% eggplant and 2.5 cups of chickpeas).

  22. My mom’s portugese bean soup. She makes it once a year with the turkey from thanksgiving. I’m thinking about roasting a turkey just to make the soup soon!

  23. Cream of tomato!! Reminds me of being a kid – my mom would make me grilled cheese and tomato soup when I was home sick from school.

  24. I love my mom’s noodle soup in chicken broth! Brings me back when I was little. She always brings it over when I’m sick, but I could eat it any time!

  25. Curried Pumpkin Soup! And to make it a bit un-healthy, throw croutons on top. I think orange-colored soup would look AH-mazing in any of “LeCreuset’s” Pots 🙂

  26. I love spicy black bean soup but I am trying @Gina’s Skinny Recipes stuffed pepper soup on Sunday and I think it is going to be goooooood!

  27. My Sweet Potato Chicken Noodle Soup! My children look forward to it during the holiday months. Thanks for offering this wonderful giveaway!

  28. My favorite kind of soup is probably baked potato soup! Mmmmm 🙂 Or just plain old chicken noodle(or rice.) Love making them too 😉

  29. I love many different soups but a recent favorite is tomato artichoke! It comes from a local restaurant so that is kind of cheating. My favorite soup to prepare at home is potato because my daughter asks for it and since she is particular about what she eats, it is a real joy to fix something I know she’ll like!

  30. My favorite soup is my mom’s Italian wedding soup. It is so delicious and we always have it with asiago grilled cheese sandwiches for eating and dipping in the soup.

I always request it when I go home.

  31. To pick only one soup seems impossible! I think I’d have to go with Corn Chowder with Bacon. It’s comfort food made by my Mama.

  32. My favorite soup is oxtail with barley. My Grandmothers recipe of course! I get your blog by email, facebook, and now like Le Creuset on facebook.
