  1. I’m a huge fan of arugula salads and this looks like another one I’d love. That dressing sounds like it would be amazing on so many things!

  2. One of my favorite restaurant salads has avocado and strawberries…but I am totally in love with that mango addition. Mangoes are my husbands fav, so maybe he will actually eat some greens for once! Pinned 🙂

  3. I’m always looking for ways to use all the arugula I grow because all by its lonesome, it’s too bitter tasting for me. Plus the strawberries will sweeten it up a bit.

I love pretty food, makes me feel so dainty. (and then I’ll go out and eat a triple cheeseburger and lose that sense………..oh well.)

  4. The colors are so bright and beautiful -it’s like summer in a bowl! Can’t wait to try.

  5. Love these gorgeous colors! Mangos are one of my favorite fruits ~ I love the combination of the sweet fruit with the peppery arugula!

  6. I, too, love fruits in my greens. And arugula is such a nice contrast with the sweetness of the fruit. I will definitely be making this salad. Just one question……. wondering about the garlic in the dressing…… Is it a minced clove of garlic or powdered garlic?

Thank you for sharing the delightful recipe. 🙂

  7. Hi!!! I just found your blog :)! It’s so nice and this salad looks so fresh and colorful :)! I live in Sydney and down here it is winter time. I think I won’t find mangoes, but avocados, argula and strawberries are nice even in winter time, so I’ll trry to make it :)! What do you think could I use tinstead of mango? Maybe figs with a balsamic vinegar dressing then:)? How does that sound to you?

Also, I just opened my little food blog. If you could find the time to come and say hallo I’d be glad! And any advice is more than welcome too :)!
