Are you setting any health related goals for the New Year? If so, join me in the Ten in 2010 Healthy Challenge, organized by Lori from Recipe Girl. It starts on January 2nd and will go on for 10 weeks. Everyone is eligible to participate. Some will be working on losing weight, eating more fruits/veggies, getting more sleep, increasing physical activity, etc. Everyone will have different goals, but that is ok. The group is open and willing to support everyone!
I will be posting healthy recipes throughout the challenge-don’t worry there will still be sweets too. I believe in a healthy balance:) I am also going to post a “special” health related post every Saturday.
