His

1. The other day Maxwell told me he was a herbivore dinosaur. He said he could only eat plants so he asked for lettuce and vegetables for a snack. He ate them for a few minutes and then told me he wanted to be Maxwell again, ha!

3. The boys tend to have extra energy at bedtime and are always acting silly!

4. I saw the movie Black Panther, it’s awesome!

5. We are headed up to Deer Valley this weekend to ski. I am so glad we have some snow.

1. I had a great time in NYC! I had meetings for our cookbook (EEK!) and I attended the IACP conference. I also had my first NYC bagel and it was legit.

2. While I was in NYC, I met up with Dorie Greenspan, my idol, mentor, and friend. She is my favorite! I am so excited for her new cookbook! And if you haven’t checked out this one, you NEED to. It is my all-time favorite cookbook!

3. New this week: the BEST classic banana bread and 4-ingredient granola. YES!

4. So into this.

5. We are sad the Olympics are over, but I am glad This Is Us is back on. Did anyone watch Good Girls? I missed it! I am going to try and watch it this weekend. The Oscars are on Sunday, are you going to watch? I am, with my favorite snack spread.

8. We taught a little cooking class in our kitchen last night for a group of teenage girls. It was fun and the taquitos were a hit! Of course we had cookies too:)

  2. The boys are cute as usual – I almost think it’s normal to have energy as a kid whenever the parents are tired…lol…
    the NYC bagel looks yum! Hope your cookbook goes well. Skipping the Oscars – have just lost interest in award shows. Have a great time skiing.
