  1. Liquid chlorophyll.  Buy it at natural grocers or on amazon.  The ONLY thing that worked on my face.  I warm up a half cup of water in the microwave, put in two quick dollops of chlorophyll and drink it like tea.  Worked beautifully in only a few days!

  2. Yum love the quick and easy meal ideas…especially many of the Mexican recipes!

  3. I’ve used raw honey as a cleanser for about 3 years now. Works great for acne and is much cheaper than store bought cleansers with lots of ingredients. I use about a teaspoon on damp skin, leave on while showering and rinse with warm water.

  4. Pacifica sea foam complete cleanser at target. I’ve used a lot of cleaners from Sephora and it really is as good- for under $10!

  5. I recognize those tomatoes. Grown and sold by Blue Spring Farm at the downtown farmers market. Owners Tamara and Randy Hed. Thanks for sharing the photo.
