I always read your This and that posts, but especially love this one. Love the links to parenting tips, summer activities, and Love Loft and Trader Joe’s! I haven’t commented on it yet, but I did buy your cookbook. Beautiful pictures, so many great recipes using fresh produce, and can I say the Cookie section is my favorite? More cookbooks should devote a section to cookies!

Finally, I would love for you to tackle a recipe for corn cookies. I have not tried the TJ’s offering but I am guessing they are shortbread like. Cornbread is my all time favorite go to carb so cornbread in a cookie version could be a very dangerous thing …but one I am willing to take the risk.

I definitely read one book at a time., but I watch two shows at a time. I like to have a half hour comedy that I is easy and funny as well as a drama series. So, if things get too intense in the drama, I can switch over to the comedy for a laugh.

I’ve made cornmeal shortbread cookies before with a tiny bit of sugar and they are SO GOOD.
Also, I was never one to read more than a single book at a time, but I finally came to the conclusion that hauling a giant hardback to the gym and trying to hold it open on the stair machine is too much trouble. So if I end up with a bulky library book, I’ll save that one for home and get another one going on my Kindle for the gym.
