Apple pie bars with a thick buttery crust, a layer of spiced apples, a layer of salted caramel sauce, and a sweet crumb topping. The perfect fall dessert!

Start by making the apple pie filling.


Make the dough next. Pat half of the dough into a prepared pan.


Spread the apple mixture over the bottom crust. Drizzle the salted caramel sauce. Then, crumble the remaining dough on top.


Bake and let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
