Ingredients
115 oz can tomato sauce
1jalapeñoseeds removed and minced
1/2cuplight brown sugar
1/4cupmolasses
1/4cuppineapple juice
2tablespoonstomato paste
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
1 1/2teaspoonssmoked paprika
1teaspoondried mustard
1teaspoongarlic powder
3/4teaspoonkosher salt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspooncayenne pepper
Instructions
In a large skillet, whisk together the tomato sauce, jalapeño, brown sugar, molasses, pineapple juice, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, dried mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Bring the sauce to a boil over medium high heat and reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until the sauce slightly thickens.
Use the sauce immediately or store in the refrigerator in a jar or container for up to 2 weeks.
