Coconut Green Smoothie
Recipe from Two Peas and Their Pod
A healthy green smoothie with a coconut kick!
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 large banana peeled
- 1 large green apple cored, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons shaved coconut
- 1 cup ice
Put the coconut milk, yogurt, spinach, banana, apple, coconut, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
