Drizzle cubed butternut squash with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast, and set aside.

Brown the butter. Turn off the heat and stir in the garlic and sage leaves.

Cook ravioli and drain. Add to the brown butter sauce. Add cooked butternut squash and stir. Add cheese and a pinch of nutmeg, if using.
