Crispy, breaded chicken smothered in rich marinara and topped with melty mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. This classic dish only takes 30 minutes to make and is a family favorite meal! Serve with pasta, salad, veggies, or garlic bread.


Cut the chicken breasts in half, or pound them with a meat mallet. Set aside.


Put flour in one bowl. Whisk together the eggs in another. Then on the third, whisk together the breadcrumbs, some Parmesan, panko, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Coat the chicken in each mixture.


Cook the chicken pieces on both sides and transfer them to a prepared baking sheet.


Spread some marinara sauce on top of them, then finish with mozzarella and Parmesan.  Bake and garnish before serving.
