Add the cilantro, yogurt, garlic, lime juice, honey, salt, and jalapeño into a food processor. Put the lid on and blend. With the motor running, slowly pour in the olive oil. Add salt or honey, if desired.


Pour the dressing into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
