Manicotti shells are stuffed with a 3 cheese spinach filling, topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and baked until bubbly!

Cook the manicotti shells. Drain, rinse, and lay them on a clean towel or on a cooling rack.


Make the cheese filling next. Then, fill each manicotti with the mixture.


Spread some marinara sauce over the bottom of a greased baking dish. Arrange the stuffed manicotti, pour the remaining marinara, and top with the remaining mozzarella.


Bake and finish by broiling the cheese. Garnish and let rest before serving.
