Ingredients
2cupsfrozen strawberries
1banana,peeled
1/2cupmilk of your choice
1/2cupplain Greek yogurt
1/4cupfrozen cauliflower
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
I recommend using frozen strawberries and a fresh banana. If you have fresh strawberries, use a frozen banana. If you use fresh strawberries and a fresh banana, add ice to the smoothie to thicken it up.
