Honey Mustard Sauce

- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- Pinch of cayenne pepper and/or paprika, optional
In a small bowl, combine mustard, Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, honey, and vinegar. Whisk until smooth. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and/or paprika, if desired.
Makes about 3/4 cup sauce.
Store the sauce in a sealed jar or container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Stir before using.
