1Honeycrisp apple,peeled chopped (1 cup)
1/2cupmilk,use your favorite milk
1scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4cupplain Greek yogurt
3tablespoonsold fashioned oats
1tablespoonalmond butter,or peanut butter
1Medjool date,pitted and chopped (or 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup)
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1/4teaspoonground cinnamon,plus more for sprinkling
Big scoop of ice,to thicken
Instructions
In a blender, combine apple, milk, protein powder, Greek yogurt, oats, almond butter, date, vanilla, cinnamon, and ice.
