Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt, blue cheese, green onion, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper to a food processor.
  • Pulse until mostly smooth with a little texture remaining.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  • Let the dip chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days.
