These rich and chewy peanut butter blondies are dotted with chocolate chips and finished with flaky sea salt. You will never know they are gluten-free because they are so delicious!

Ingredients
1 1/2cupsdrippy natural peanut butter*
1/2cuppure maple syrup
2large eggs
2teaspoonspure vanilla extract
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
3/4cupchocolate chips,divided
Flaky sea salt,for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×8-inch metal pan and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, use a spatula to stir together the peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
Gently fold in 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, but still soft in the center. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Cut into squares and serve!
Notes
Make sure you stir the peanut butter well. It needs to be drippy and creamy! I use Costco’s Organic Kirkland peanut butter, the only ingredients are peanuts and salt.
