Peach Brie Flatbread

This flatbread combines the creamy richness of brie with the sweet juiciness of peaches, balanced with red onion, tart blackberries, arugula, and a drizzle of honey. It’s perfect as an appetizer or a light meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 naan flatbreads*
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 6 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and thinly sliced
  • 2 peaches, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
  • 3/4 cup blackberries
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
  • Honey or hot honey, for drizzling
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pistachios, for sprinkling, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the flatbreads on a large baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.
  • Top evenly with brie, sliced peaches, red onion, and blackberries.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and flatbread is light golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and top with basil and arugula. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and drizzle with hot honey. Sprinkle with pistachios, if desired.
  • Cut the flatbread into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

You can also use one large flatbread.
