Ingredients
2cupsshredded chicken breast,we use rotisserie chicken
1/3cupbasil pesto
1/4cupplain Greek yogurt,can use mayonnaise
2tablespoonssliced green onion
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice,optional
Kosher salt and black pepper,to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, pesto, Greek yogurt, and green onion. Stir until well combined. Add a little squeeze of lemon juice, if desired, and season with salt and pepper. Stir again.
