Pesto, Roasted Red Pepper, and Cheese Crescent Rolls

Crescent rolls stuffed with basil pesto, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella cheese. A quick and easy roll recipe for the holidays!

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz. cans Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto homemade or store-bought
  • 1/3 cup jarred roasted red peppers drained and roughly chopped
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Unroll crescent rolls. Place about a 1/2 tablespoon basil pesto, 2 teaspoons chopped roasted red peppers, and 2 teaspoons grated mozzarella cheese in the center of each crescent roll.
  • Roll up the crescent rolls and place on a large baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
