Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Easy and healthy baked sweet potato fries!
- 1 large sweet potato
- Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh rosemary, optional
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into strips...to look like fries! Try to make them all the same size so they cook evenly.
Spray a baking sheet and put the potato fries on the sheet, spaced out.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with seasonings: salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary, if using.
Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Make sure you turn the fries every ten minutes or so.
Let them cool briefly and dig in!
