  • 2 naan flatbreads
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
  • 2 medium pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place the flatbread on a large baking sheet. If they don’t fit on one, you can use two baking sheets. Brush lightly with olive oil. Top evenly with brie, sliced pears, and rosemary.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and drizzle the flatbreads with honey. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  • Cut the flatbread into pieces and serve immediately.

Naan flatbread or pita bread will work!
Serves 8 as an appetizer, but it can be a meal too!
