Ingredients
1container Sabra Classic Hummus
2tablespoonsdiced cucumbers
2tablespoonsdiced yellow bell pepper
2tablespoonsdiced red bell pepper
2tablespoonsdiced grape tomatoes
Chopped parsleyfor garnish
Cut up vegetablespita chips, chips, and/or crackers, for serving
Instructions
Place the hummus in a bowl and top with diced cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with cut up vegetables, pita chips, chips, and/or crackers.
Note-the vegetable topping is good with any flavor of hummus!
