  1. This book is a few years old but
The Extraordinary Life of Sam Hell by Robert Dugoni is one that our book club loved.

  2. There are two books making the rounds- “The Correspondent” and “Theo of Golden”. For me, both started slow, but were most enjoyable to read!

  3. We just stayed at the Marriott Marquis Times Square and loved it. We stick to Marriott brands as much as possible, so that is why we chose it. It was centrally located and easy to walk everywhere. There were also numerous Subway stations close by and easy to use. Our room was good sized and we loved the Broadway Lounge on their main lobby floor (8th). It had great views of Times Square, yet was away from the craziness. The View revolving restaurant up on the top floor is outstanding too. Within Marriott, the JW Essex House on Central Park South looks great too. If I wasn’t sticking to Marriott brands and price was not a factor, I would love to stay at the Peninsula, the Plaza or the Lotte Palace. Enjoy your trip!
