Make the pie crust. Combine the flour, sugar, salt and butter.

Make the crumb topping. Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon and butter. Stir together with a whisk.

Make the apple pie filling. Place the apples, lemon juice, sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, and allspice in a large bowl. Stir until apples are coated.

Assemble the pie. Pour the apple filling over the dough and spread evenly with a spatula.

Remove the crumb topping from the fridge. Sprinkle evenly over the pie.

Bake until the crust is golden brown and the apple filling is slightly bubbling.
