This is one-skillet comfort food at it’s finest! This Brussels Sprouts Casserole will become the unexpected star of your Thanksgiving table with bacon, cheese, and a crispy panko topping.


Make the Parmesan panko topping first, then set aside. Cook the bacon next, then set aside.


Cook the brussels sprouts, followed by the red onion, garlic, and thyme. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer. Season with salt and black pepper, then stir in the bacon. 


Sprinkle with shredded Gruyere and mozzarella cheese, followed by the panko parmesan topping.


Bake, then  broil and let it sit. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
