Cook the onion and pepper. Cook the ground beef next, breaking up the meat into pieces. Then, add the garlic and cook.

Add the beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Then, stir.

Remove the bay leaf and ladle the goulash into bowls. Optionally garnish before serving.
