For The Pot Pie Filling: unsalted butter, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, all-purpose flour, thyme, Italian parsley, salt, black pepper, chicken broth, heavy cream, shredded chicken or turkey, frozen peas


Make the pie crust.


Cook vegetables in butter.
